we had an incredible stay here, everything was excellent. the staff were funny and took care of us. breakfast was marvellous, plenty of delicious food. efficient check in and excellent service. an excellent beach, outstanding view.

The staff is skilful, very quick check-in & efficient check-out. Adequate breakfast, polite service. It has a simple location so close to Ullswater and the Lakes and the village centre. .

It's perfect place for sightseeing and exploring Penrith. Terrace available in the room. When we came, the host met us and was great. Besides, we parked the car on site.

It deserves its 5 stars. We loved location and views here, everything needed for our weekend was provided. The owner is friendly. The bed was good sized and so comfortable.
